I bought through the webshop, everything was fine, but the courier service sent me the wrong package instead of the candles I ordered. Luce di Bianca helped me immediately, offering to send the candles again with another courier service, which arrived in 2 days, so I could give the birthday candles to the person I had ordered. The product is excellent, they have a very pleasant smell, so I would highly recommend everyone to buy them 😊
